With the alteration
of the legal regime of real estate investment funds
by the Law-Decree no. 13/2005, the real estate
investment fund management companies broadened
the scope of their activity.
In accordance with the law, FundBox – SGFII,
SA has the management of real estate investment
funds, in representation of the unitholders, as its principal objective.
In the current legal regime, FundBox – SGFII,
SA is authorised by the supervising entities
to provide consultancy
services for real estate investment and
manage individual
real estate assets.
In this manner, FundBox – SGFII, SA
provides and executes custom made solutions
in order to satisfy the specific needs of
its clients, irrespective of their business
area or their activity sector.
