FundBox is a small company with a flat structure, and FundBox’s Executive Committee resorts, without guilt or remorse, to informal communication channels. Ethos notwithstanding, we want to comply strictly with regulatory requirements, namely with the ones spelled out in the Bank of Portugal’s Aviso nº5/2008, of June 25^th. Without surprise, these stress form over substance, and form rarely is informal. Thus, this area of www.fundbox.pt systematizes procedures and communication channels, emphasizing internal control and risk management issues.

RuleBox, acessible to all staff members, is a virtual handbook holding the relevant information, at each moment in time, pertaining to the target issues.
