The closed-ended real estate investment fund “Santa Casa 2004” is a fund aimed at urban regeneration and seeks to hold an income generating portfolio. It was subscribed in full, on two occasions, by the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa (“Santa Casa”) and the essential part of the portfolio is made up of properties previously held by the Santa Casa, the majority of which were given to it by benefactors. The Fund is managed with the goal of regenerating the properties and increasing the income deriving from them. In addition, it invests in income generating properties acquired in the market.
