The Special Closed-ended Fund “ImoGenesis” aims at optimizing the returns of a portfolio acquired from a Portuguese agro-industry group.. The Fund seeks to identify and implement strategies aiming at bringing its assets in line with their highest and best uses, through transformation of plots from rural to urban, building, refurbishment, sale and lettings.
