The Closed-ended Fund “Galleon Capital Partners” aims at constituting a portfolio of top-end residential properties for resale. The Fund seeks to identify both plots for development and built properties for refurbishment, always in Portuguese prime locations. The target properties will be valued, after development or refurbishment, in the €1 million to €15 million range.
