The closed-ended fund “White Raven Capital Partners” aims at constituting a portfolio of residential projects selected in accordance with a value-added investment style. The fund seeks projects that require investments between €5 and €20 million, and selects the growth of sale prices as its value driver, with a view at hedging construction risk. Consistently with the colour of the rare bird from which the Fund’s name is borrowed, the preferred location of the Fund’s investments is the White City of Lisbon.
