| The closed-end real estate fund “Viriatus” seeks to achieve, in a medium to long- term perspective, an increasing valorization of capital, through the constitution and management of a specific type of real estate portfolio characterized as “Retail Parks”, located in Portugal, outside of urban centers.
The custodian bank of the fund is the Banco Invest (www.bancoinvest.pt).
