PREF (PORTUGAL RETAIL EUROPARK FUND) is a portuguese closed-end real estate fund aimed at acquiring a retail park portfolio in Portugal, under a core plus investment style.
 
PREF targets investment of unit value above €20 million, with a view at setting up a portfolio comprising a small number of assets, without diversification objectives, neither inter-sector nor intra-sector.
