The closed-ended real estate investment fund “Portuguese Prime Property Box” is a fund that seeks to hold an income generation portfolio and it is designed to receive investments from a variety of investors. This constitutes the Portuguese component of the portfolio. Portuguese Prime Property Box is designed for a small number of investments with a relatively elevated unit amount. The investments are in properties from selected sectors.
