Chairman Carlos Vaz Antunes and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Rui Alpalhão together
own 69,90% of the outstanding shares (held
by FamiGeste SGPS, Carlos Vaz Antunes’ personal
holding, Rui Alpalhão and his wife Isabel
Marques Ucha and their family holding Alpalantri
SGPS).
The other shareholders are not actively involved
in the management of FundBox.
Santo Amaro SGPS is Sofia de Sequeira Galvão's personal holding. MS Galvão, a member
of the Portuguese Bar,
is one of the most prestigious Portuguese
urban law experts. Álvaro Ricardo Nunes, whose
shareholding is held through his personal holding
Ulissul was responsible for the
ambitious development project of the Margueira
shipyard, on the south bank of the river Tagus that came
to be known as the “Cacilhas Manhattan”.
Banco
Efisa is a Portuguese investment
bank, indirectly nationalised in 2008 and currently undergoing a privatisation procedure.
Santa Casa da Misericórdia
de Lisboa the largest and oldest
Portuguese charitable institution,
honours the company by adding to the
management mandate of the “Santa
Casa 2004” Fund
a shareholding of 4.8%.
